Montreal-visit of the Audi Youth Choir: Two wonderful concerts at Maison symphonique under the baton of Maestro Nagano

For the traditional Christmas concerts of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, Maestro Kent Nagano had invited the Audi Youth Choir to sing under his direction -- two breathtaking performances on December 12 and 13, 2017 in Montreal's Maison symphonique. The choir was created in 2007 by AUDI AG and is entirely comprised of young amateur singers, aged 16 to 27, who audition to be recruited and then meet at regular intervals to perfect their art under the guidance of Martin Steidler. Kent Nagano has already conducted them on several occasions, as he came to discover them during his time as Artistic Director of the Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich, from 2006 to 2013.
