On November 22, 2018, the German Christmas Market in Quebec City was officially launched -- a hallmark of Advent time in the old capital. On this occasion, the State of Bavaria Montreal Office and the German Consulate General in Montreal offered a reception to their partners and friends in the greater Quebec area. We had the honour of welcoming the new minister of International Relations and la Francophonie, Ms. Nadine Girault (2nd from left), who also wanted to stroll through the market's alleys and wooden kiosks. She was accompanied by Ms. Britta Kröger, President of the Communauté allemande de Québec (2nd from right), Ms. Kathrin Misera-Lang, wife of the Consul General (left), and Benjamin Emans, Director of the State of Bavaria Office (right). The German Christmas Market will last until December 23, 2018
