Bombardier announces business jet orders

Bombardier Aerospace announced having received orders from two European groups. Jet Air Flug in Munich ordered 5 intermediate twin-engined Learjet 85, as well as 2 twin-jet Challenger 605.

With the 2010 market price and a standard equipment, the order should reach a total amount of  US$155 million. Jet Air targets a better response to its clients' needs in Europe and Russia, as well as a support fleet for projects in Africa.
The Zurich based group Comlux, offering charter services for VIPs, signed a solid order of 2 twin-engined Global 7000 jets. This 10 passengers model displays a remarkable flight range, being able to fly London to Singapour, New York to Dubai or Beijing to Washington nonstop. Start is scheduled in 2016. Each of these jets should cost approx. US$64 million.
