The Bavarian industry association and the General delegation of Québec in Munich will organize a seminar about the Québec government’s “Plan Nord” on June, 18th 2012


On June 18, 2012, the General Delegation of Québec in Munich, in cooperation with the Bavarian industry association (vbw - Vereinigung der bayerischen Wirtschaft) will hold a seminar focussing on concrete business opportunities the "Plan Nord" in Québec offers. Among the panelists are high-ranking representatives from politics and business as well as experts from public administration, sector unions, companies and research institutes.

The audience will not only take part in sectorial round tables centered on issues of raw materials management and infrastructures, but also hear conferences by representatives of the Québec administrations as well as from ministers of the State of Bavaria that are closely involved in the interregional cooperation. The central focus here will be on the chances for Bavarian firms and technologies within this initiative of the Quebec government. Participation to this information seminar is free of charge.

After the conference, the Quebec General Delegation will host a reception for all attendees at BMW Forum on Lenbachplatz.
