10.02.2015

The German-Canadian Centre for Innovation and Research (GCCIR) is pleased to announce that we are currently accepting applications to the Alberta-Germany Collaboration Fund for Product Development and Commercialization. The Alberta-Germany Collaboration Fund is a joint program established by the GCCIR, the Alberta Ministry of Innovation and Advanced Education, and the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi).

The program supports Albertan small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) undertaking joint innovative product development projects together with German SMEs. Projects involving products and/or technology-based services or methods in all technological and application areas with strong market potential are eligible for consideration. Approved projects will be funded with up to $250,000 CAD on the Alberta side. The BMWi’s Central Innovation Program for SMEs (ZIM) will contribute funding for the German partners.

The GCCIR welcomes all applications. More information and access to application documents for Albertan companies can be found on http://www.gccir.ca/alberta-germany-collaboration-fund-gccir.html
